Koev&Co team includes specialists with many years of experience in advising entrepreneurs and representation before the relevant authorities and courts on issues related to the development of projects for power plants using renewable sources, and provides advice to investors, energy project developers, energy traders , creditors, suppliers of equipment and builders, regarding the legal framework and the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria.

We offer legal advice in relation to all aspects of energy legislation and renewable energy sources, the most basic of which are: advice on the European legal norms introduced in the national energy law; energy and emissions trading, CO2, CCS, energy efficiency; in connection with the construction of power plants and installations, refineries, projects; structuring of the undertakings, financing of projects, execution of the transactions; regulatory law; conducting proceedings before the competent courts, including arbitration proceedings; representation before national and international regulatory authorities (including collective and abuse proceedings), the Administrative Court, and the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Union; consultations on legal compliance and due diligence of sites for production and trade in energy from renewable sources and others.
